In the words of an old friend of mine…it’s all about ME!
I’m a humanitarian aid worker who blogs for fun and to reassure my folks I’m alive and well!
As much as I would love to live a life holed up in a remote wee house somewhere off the west of Scotland I’ve yet to figure out how I can earn a crust to keep bread on the table.
So…in the meantime I’m working in a job I love – humanitarian landmine clearance.
Having worked in Cambodia then driven a truck from England to our programme in Georgia then set up a couple of new mine clearance programmes in Mozambique, I’m now clearing landmines in Sri Lanka.
This is my story so far….(to start at the beginning read Back a bit)

Good luck on your work. My wife does mission work in Cambodia and she is fighting the sex-trafficking there (on a part time basis).
